We are sorry. We are operating our factory with small people. So, now we are not doing ‘factory tour.’ But do not give up! We will try harder.

We are a company. Frankly speaking, I am not sure that we would be able to answer all of your requests as soon as you want. But we can tell, if you send your defected product with receipt and name of shop you bought it, we will do our best to offer you our best service. We are not that bad.

All new accounts require approval. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. A $500.00 minimum opening order required for retailers. $200.00 minimum after that. All orders are shipped C.O.D cash or when approved. company check. Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 processing fee. Freight on returned goods will be charged with the next shipment along with a restocking fee of $10.00. Full or partial orders will be shipped UPS Ground. unless requested otherwise. Damaged goods must be reported within
2 days of receipt. All upaid balances due will be sent to collections within a reasonable amount of time. Orders must be cancelled 30 days before ship date. Please call with any questions.
